Online Portal for Building Permission

Interlace’s Online Single Window Portal system for obtaining layout and building plan permissions has gone live in Tamilnadu few months ago. The Tamilnadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA) has awarded the work to M/S Interlace India Private Limited for the design and development of a state wide single window portal for approval of Building related permission for Tamilnadu.

This Online Single Window Portal is accessible to the Public and provides the following services:

• Layout Approvals
• Online Scrutiny Engine for scrutinizing Building plan drawings
• Building Plan Permissions
• Inspection Certificates for Plinth Level
• Completion Certificate for Buildings
• Reclassification of Layouts & Buildings
• Professional Registration of Architects, Licensed Surveyors, and Civil Engineers in eligible departments
• Integration with other governing bodies for Single Window Access
• Issuance of NOCs

The Single window portal is mobile responsive and hence accessed through mobile browsers as well. Additionally, the system also has an Online Grievance Redressal System for the citizens to register their grievances and get a quicker resolution.
